Add this to your client's MCP config. It uses mcp-remote to bridge to our Streamable-HTTP endpoint. Swap the URL for the members endpoint to enable sign-in.

Frequently asked questions
What is MCP?+
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants like Claude and Cursor securely connect to external tools and live data. The B2Bangalore MCP server gives your assistant real-time access to Bangalore’s B2B event catalogue.
Is it free?+
Yes — the discovery tools (search, get, recommend, trending) are free and need no login. Member tools (saved events, target accounts) require a free B2Bangalore account, and attendee intelligence (event_intel, target_accounts_at_event) requires an Organizer plan.
Do I need to install anything?+
For Claude, no — just paste the connection URL as a custom connector. Other clients such as Cursor connect via "npx mcp-remote" using the config snippet shown above. Nothing to build or host on your side.
How does member sign-in work?+
Member tools use OAuth: your assistant opens the B2Bangalore sign-in, you approve access, and it connects with your account’s exact permissions. We never see your assistant and your assistant never sees your password. Member sign-in is live today — both public discovery and member tools work right now.
What data can the AI see?+
Exactly what your plan allows on the website. Logged-out access sees public listings only. Upcoming flagship (Plus) events stay locked — your assistant sees the date and venue, but the name and details are masked until you’re a member. This is enforced in our database, not just the UI.
Which AI assistants are supported?+
Any MCP-compatible client — Claude (web and desktop), GitHub Copilot (VS Code), Cursor, Perplexity, Windsurf, Cline, Zed, and a growing list of others. If it speaks MCP over Streamable HTTP, it works with B2Bangalore.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. Member tools run with your account’s row-level permissions, so no one can read another member’s private lists. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
