Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds work for the B2Bangalore service. By subscribing to a paid plan, you accept this policy along with our Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions Are Non-Refundable
All subscription fees paid to B2Bangalore are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- The first month's charge of ₹4,999 + applicable GST.
- Any subsequent monthly auto-renewal charge.
- Partial-month usage if you cancel before the end of a billing cycle.
- Any period in which you did not actively use the Service.
This is consistent with industry-standard SaaS billing practice. The price reflects the value of having the Service available to you for an entire month, regardless of how much you use it.
2. How to Cancel
- Sign in to your account at www.b2bangalore.com/app.
- Open Account → Subscription.
- Click Cancel subscription. We will ask for one-line feedback (optional) and confirm.
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation email immediately to your registered address.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain full access to Pro features until that date. After that, your account automatically reverts to the Free tier — no further charges will be made.
3. Cancellation by Email
If for any reason you are unable to cancel through the dashboard, email contact@b2bangalore.com from your registered address and we will process the cancellation within 1 business day. We will confirm by reply email.
4. Failed-Transaction Refunds
If a payment is debited from your bank but does not result in a successful subscription (typically due to a network error or duplicate charge), the amount is automatically refunded by Razorpay to the source instrument within 5 to 7 business days. No action is needed from you.
If the refund does not appear after 10 business days, contact contact@b2bangalore.com with your payment ID (visible in the Razorpay receipt email) and we will escalate with Razorpay on your behalf.
5. Chargebacks
We respect your right to dispute a charge with your bank. However, we ask that you first contact us at contact@b2bangalore.com so we can investigate. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
Initiating a chargeback for a valid subscription charge, without prior contact with us, will result in immediate termination of your account in accordance with our Terms of Service.
6. Trial / Free Tier
The Free tier of B2Bangalore is offered indefinitely at no charge, with the feature limits described on /pricing. There is no obligation to upgrade. We do not auto-charge users on the Free tier.
7. Service Discontinuation by Us
In the unlikely event we discontinue the Service, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email and refund any pre-paid subscription amount that covers periods after the discontinuation date, pro-rated to the day.
8. Disputes
Any dispute relating to refunds or cancellations shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
