Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of B2Bangalore (“Service”, “we”, “us”), operated from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

B2Bangalore is an event-intelligence platform that catalogs Bangalore-area B2B events and maps your target accounts against attendee/speaker/sponsor signals. The Service is provided on a subscription basis for use by B2B sales, marketing, and field teams.

2. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law.
• You agree to provide accurate information (first name, last name, email, phone) at signup and keep it current.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account use you failed to report.
• One account is for one individual or one business team. Sharing a login across multiple users is a breach of these Terms.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Plans are Free and Pro. Free is no-charge with feature limits as described on /pricing. Pro is ₹4,999/month (exclusive of applicable GST).
• Pro plans auto-renew monthly via Razorpay-managed UPI Autopay, e-Mandate, or card mandate until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from Account → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; access to Pro features continues through that cycle.
• All amounts are non-refundable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
• We may revise pricing on 30 days' notice via email. Existing subscribers are billed at their then-current price until next renewal.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not, directly or indirectly:

• Scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell our event, attendee, or company data outside the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying database structure.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) to anyone listed in our catalog.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any other person or entity.
• Interfere with the Service (DoS, automated scraping, brute-forcing accounts).
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose under Indian or applicable foreign law.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account with no refund.

5. Our Data & Your Data

• Our data — event catalogs, company profiles, speaker information, sponsor information, attendee signals, and all related metadata are the intellectual property of B2Bangalore. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use this data only within the Service and only for your own internal business research.
• Your data — your target accounts list (companies you upload), saved events, and any other input you provide is yours. We process it on your behalf to deliver the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
• We use industry-standard signals only — sponsors, speakers, public registrations, publicly available demo-campaign data. We do not scrape private contact information for individuals.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranty that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. Event data is sourced from public listings and our curators; while we make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and current, we do not warrant completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, B2Bangalore's total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service, in any 12-month period, is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three (3) months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold B2Bangalore (and its founders, employees, and contractors) harmless against any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Service.

9. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and emailing contact@b2bangalore.com.
• We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without refund, if you breach these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain your data as required by applicable law or for our legitimate business records (see Privacy Policy).

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to your registered address at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
